Our services are designed for Real Estate Investors, Wholesalers, and Home Service Contractors operating primarily in the Ohio River Valley region.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Use the services to transmit any harmful, threatening, or objectionable content.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using The Pillar Systems, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.

6. Text Messaging Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement between PillarSystems LLC and the client. Our initial System Audit consultation is provided at no cost and with no obligation.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of PillarSystems LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific revenue results, lead volumes, or business outcomes. Past performance metrics referenced on our website are illustrative and not guarantees of future results.
